Messi wins Castrol EDGE Performance of the Month
Another stunning display at Malaga saw Lionel Messi record the most points in a single game across the top five European leagues last month.
Barcelona striker Lionel Messi (1st) won the Castrol EDGE Performance of the Month, courtesy of his fourth league hat-trick of the season at Malaga in January, which earned him 2,388 points. In that game, he had a grand total of eight shots and completed 71 of his 80 passes.
